Can you work with a limited budget?
That's what we do best. We help you weigh repair against replacement, standard against premium finishes, phased renovations and labour-only or supply-and-install options.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Where it's part of the contract, we help with permit applications and schedule the required inspections.
Who does the plumbing, electrical and HVAC work?
Qualified, licensed trades. We coordinate them as part of your project so you deal with one contractor.
What happens if the scope changes mid-project?
Additional work is discussed with you and documented in a written change order before it goes ahead.
What if you find asbestos or mold?
Suspected hazardous materials are assessed before they are disturbed, and removal is carried out by qualified specialists.
